If you’re new to Pilates, haven’t exercised in a while, or just feel a bit nervous about trying something new, this class is for you. We’ll guide you through the basics of using the reformer, posture, and alignment, and introduce simple, feel-good movements that wake up your core, stretch your body, and build confidence. You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to take on any class.
Perfect for beginners to intermediate movers, or anyone who prefers a gentler pace. This class is ideal for starting your Reformer Pilates journey, helping you build core strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance. You’ll develop confidence and a strong foundation to progress safely and effectively in your Pilates practice.
For those who have mastered the basics, Level 2 takes things up a notch. These intermediate classes challenge the whole body with stronger spring loads, lighter spring instability, and creative transitions. Expect to refine your form, deepen your strength, and test your endurance while pushing your practice further.
